MBSR Programme – Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programme

The MBSR programme is an 8-week course providing support and mindfulness techniques that can be applied to everyday life, to help cope and live better with stress, pain and illness. The programme was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical School by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn and is supported by research evidence.

Chair Yoga - 6 weeks

Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair.

These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.
